All-Conference Team

DALLAS – Kirstie Symon and Lisa Pleskan were named to the 2012-13 Women's Tennis All-Conference Team announced today (April 20) by the Heartland Conference.
 
Symon, a junior from Gold Coast, Australia, went 15-3 this season as the Lady Jets' No. 1 player. She was also named the Heartland Conference Player of the Week once this season. Her 15 wins were the third most in the conference at No. 1 singles. In doubles, Symon and Taylor Jordan went 11-7, playing No. 1 doubles. Their 11 wins at No. 1 doubles were the most in the Heartland Conference.
 
Pleskan, a sophomore from Ufa, Russaia, went 13-4 at No. 2 singles this season. She had the most wins in the conference at No. 2 singles and her .765 winning percentage was the third-best in the conference. Playing No. 2 doubles with Carissa Villaflor, the duo went 13-5 with the most doubles wins in the conference. Their .722 winning percentage ranked No. 4 in the conference at No. 2 doubles.
