Earned Heartland Conference Honorable Mention honors after finishing 12th at the Heartland Conference Championship race with an 8K time of 27:16...Was Newman's top freshman finisher at the ESU Dual, finishing with a personal-best 5K time of 16:45...Set his personal-best 8K time (27:08) at the ESU Planet Sub Invitational in Emporia...Finished his first collegiate 10K race with a 37:00 time at the NCAA DIv. II South Central Regional Championship in Warrensburg, Mo.
