Dena Kelly rejoins the Newman Cross Country staff in 2022-23 after coaching as an assistant previously in 2019-20.
Kelly is currently a Paraprofessional and IEP Clerk for Wichita Heights High School.
Kelly was the head cross country coach for Heights High School (Wichita, Kan.) from 2001-2014 and an assistant track coach from 2001-2015.
Kelly previously ran cross country and track for four years at Northwest High School and continued her cross country and track career at Souhwestern College in Wichita, Kansas.
Coach Kelly, a Wichita, Kansas native, currently resides in Bentley, Kansas with her husband Matt and two children, Ashlynn, 20 and Blane, 18.
