WICHITA, Kan. — Kicking off its final week of the regular season, the Newman men's tennis team welcomes Emporia State to Riverside Park for a 1 p.m. nonconference match.

The Jets (6-11) are coming off a tough 5-1 loss to No. 25 Washburn Sunday afternoon, the same team that handed the Hornets (13-6) a loss that sent them on their current run where they've lost five of their past six.

The match serves as Senior Day for both the men's and women's tennis teams, as Max Pyle, Daniel Smith, Kate Bugayenko and Ariana Raga will be honored after the match.
