WICHITA, Kan. — Women's basketball coach Darin Spence has released the dates and times of his team's youth summer camps for 2018.

Four opportunities will be available over the next two months at Newman's Fugate Gymnasium.

Two chances are available to attend a shooting camp for children in third through 12th grades, the first on June 18 and the second on July 16. Both run from 9 a.m. until noonand will focus on basic mechanics and proper positioning. The cost is $30 per camper, or $25 per camper for families with multiple campers.

The combined guard and post camp is for children in sixth through 12th grades and will take place from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on June 25 and 9 a.m.-noon on June 26. This camp will work on the mental approach and techniques of the guard and post positions. The cost is $60 per camper, or $55 per camper for families with multiple campers.

Cost savings exist for campers registered by June 1 for all camps.
