WICHITA, Kan. – The Newman men's tennis team was back in action Friday (Mar. 1) against Maryville University. The Saints claimed the match 4-0 over the Jets snapping the Jets one game winning streak.

Newman jumped out to an early 1-0 match lead taking the doubles point with a 2-1 set win after No. 1 doubles Justo and Soome claimed a 6-4 win and No. 3 Antelj and Miasato claimed the set with a 6-2 win.

No. 3 doubles Marcel Miasato and Teodor Antelj claimed the lone Newman set 6-4.
