Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Over the weekend the Jets women's tennis team took on Lindenwood and William Jewell in Missouri.  The Jets would defeat Lindenwood 6-1 on Saturday and take down William Jewell 7-0 Sunday.

In doubles, Vlada Litvinova and Liza Gerasimova would win in their doubles match 6-1. Emily Young and Isabela Campos Bifano would also win in their match with a score of 6-1. Mariana Gaviria and Mirella D'Angelo Cavalcanti would fall in their match 6-4.
 
In singles, Litvinova would defeat Poblete 6-1, 6-1.  Gerasimova would win her match over Sostres 6-3, 6-4. Gaviria would win her match in three sets 6-4, 2-6, 6-4.  Young would win the first set but fall to Cordero 6-3, 1-6, 4-6. Bifano would drop the first set but would defeat Minakova 4-6, 6-1, 10-6. Cavalcanti would defeat Castro 6-0, 6-0.

William Jewell

In doubles, Vlada Litvinova and Emily Young would win by default.  Lauren Esfeld and Mariana Gaviria would defeat Julia Yamate and Jessica Farris 6-3.   Liza Gerasimova and Mirella D'Angelo Cavalcanti would win by default.
 
In singles, Litvinova would defeat Yamate 6-1, 6-0.  Gerasimova would defeat Farris 6-0, 6-0. Cavalcanti would win her match 6-0, 6-0.  Young, Bifano, and Esfeld all won by default.
 
The Jets will be back in action on Thursday, March 19^th as they take on Washburn at home.
