WICHITA, Kan. – On Wednesday afternoon, the Newman Jets Women's Tennis team took on Bethany College at Riverside Park.  The Jets were able to dominate the Swedes in their 7-0 victory.  

In doubles competition, Emily Young and Antonia Ramos would pick up the 6-1 victory over Carrasco and Trombley.  Marie Brunet and Isabela Campos Bifano would pick a 6-0 victory over Crotinger and Neel.  Mirella D'Angelo Cavalcanti and Lauren Esfeld would pick up a 6-3 victory over Sweat and Gasbill.

In Singles competition, Young would takedown Carrasco 6-0, 6-0.  Bifano would defeat Sweat 6-0, 6-0.  Brunet would defeat Crotinger 6-0, 6-1.  Ramos would takedown Neel 6-0, 6-0.  Cavalcanti would also pick up a 6-0, 6-0 victory against Trombley.  In the final singles match, Esfeld would defeat Gasbill 6-0, 6-1.
 

The Jets will be back in action Apr. 17^th as they travel to St. Joseph, Missouri to take on Missouri Western at 1:00 PM.
