Last Time Out
Halfway through the non-conference slate, the Jets sit at 3–3. After dropping the first two games of the season at the MIAA/GAC crossover, the first win of the season came in a fourth-quarter comeback against Oklahoma Christian, with Jaeden McMillin hitting a layup in the final seconds to secure the victory. The Jets went on to defeat William Jewell 65–54 in a game where McMillin and Paige Craft both recorded double-digit points. Their third win of the season came against Central Christian, a game the Jets won by 51. Five Jets scored in double figures, led by Charlize Williams, who posted 15 points and eight rebounds in the victory.


Scouting the Jets 
The Jets are averaging 66.8 points per game while allowing 66.2. They're shooting 42.4% from the field, led by Jaeden McMillin, who paces the offense with 15.6 points per game and a team-high 4.6 rebounds. Alexis Martin is the team's second-leading scorer, averaging 10.3 points on 44% shooting. Monica Redondo provides a strong perimeter threat, knocking down 50% of her shots from three. Redondo and Amaya Perez share the team lead in assists with 13 each, serving as the primary facilitators to keep the Jets' offense moving.
 
Behind Enemy Lines
The RiverHawks enter conference play at 7–1, with a 1–0 record in conference play after besting UAFS. The RiverHawks average 71.8 points per game while holding their opponents to 60.9. McKenzie Smith is the RiverHawks' leading scorer and rebounder, averaging 14.9 points per game on 45% shooting from the field while bringing in 6.6 rebounds per game. Reese Shirey is NSU's second-leading scorer, shooting 38% from behind the arc. Shirey facilitates the RiverHawk offense, averaging 3.3 assists per game.

The Lions enter the weekend at 1–7, dropping their lone conference matchup to Northeastern State. The Lions' offense averages 65.9 points per game while allowing 72.8 points to their opponents. Telisha Brown leads the Lions, averaging 14.4 points per game along with 3.0 assists in five games played. Marie Rose Priscilla Wemba is the leading rebounder for the Lions, averaging 6.5 per game. Haleigh Jackson serves as the Lions' second scoring threat, averaging 10.6 points per game to go with 5.4 rebounds.
