Sophomore 2019-20: In his Sophomore season, Balavage posted a 12-17 record including 3 falls and 2 major decisions for the Jets.  Balavage concluded his season by taking 6th place at the NCAA DII IV. 
2018-19: Balavage is a freshman from Avoca, PA…At Scranton Prep, he was a four time letter earner, and two team captain…He made two state appearances getting seventh and fourth place…He is a two time district champion and holds the school record for wins at 135.
