GETTING TO KNOW ALEX...
As a Sophomore (2010-2011)
Played in 27 games as a sophomore, including 26 starts...Averaged 9.9 points and 6.3 rebounds per game in earning All-Heartland Honorable Mention honors...Tallied seven double-doubles for the year...Scored a season-high 21 points to go along with 10 rebounds on Nov. 20, 2010 in a 67-50 win over Rockhurst.
As a Freshman (Oral Roberts University, 2009-2010):
Played in 32 game for the Golden Eagles as a true freshman last season, including 11 starts...Averaged 5.8 points and 3.7 rebounds per game…Also shot 45 percent from the field, and 69 percent from the free throw line…Helped ORU to a 23-10 overall record, and a berth in the WNIT…Scored a career-high 16 points with six steals, five rebounds, and two blocks in ORU's 114-43 win over IUPUI on Feb. 13 in Tulsa.
Seguin High School:
Helped lead the Cougars to four district 4A titles...Named TABC All-State and All-Region in 2008 and 2009, district MVP and Most Offensive Player in 2007…Was also a McDonald's All-American nominee.
