Attended Mulvane High School in Mulvane, Kansas ... Earned four varsity letters in cross country throughout his high school career ... Was a member of two state cross country teams that finished 3rd in the state in 2013 and 2014 ... All-district and all-region teams in 2013, 2014 and 2015 ... Placed individually three times at the state cross country meet (15th in 2013, 7th in 2014, and 10th in 2015), earning all-state honors all three years.
