Mackenzie Anderson enters her second season with Jets softball in 2025.
Anderson spent three years (2020-2022) playing softball at Newman under Coach Gustafson before joining the coaching staff. "Overall, I had an amazing experience playing for Coach Gustafson," Anderson said. "She made such an impact on my life as not only a player but as a person."
During her career at Newman, Anderson appeared in 59 games, starting in 56. Anderson recorded 31 hits, scored 22 runs, 22 RBIs in her batting career. In the field, Anderson had an average fielding percentage of 95.1% over three years.
While studying her undegraduate degree at Newman, Anderson interned for Athletics Communications.
