GETTING TO KNOW ANNA...
As a Junior (2011):


Before Newman:
Played the 2010-2011 season at the University of Toledo where she appeared in 12 games for a Rocket squad that won the 2011 WNIT Championship with a 76-68 win over USC...Sonka scored the first points of her NCAA career with a three-pointer against Oakland on Dec. 10...Played her first two years of collegiate basketball at Cowley County Community College, where she averaged 7.1 points and 4.0 rebounds per game, finishing second on the squad in three-pointers made (30).
