Isaiah Whitty is entering into his first season with the Jets in 2026-27. 

Whitty joins the Jets after gaining experience at the Division I level with Syracuse University, where he served as a Head Manager and Practice Player for the women's basketball program from 2020-23 while earning his Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences. During his time with the Orange, he assisted with practice preparation, player development, scouting, recruiting operations, video coordination, and day-to-day program management.

Following graduation, Whitty served as an assistant basketball coach at Longwood High School, continuing his work in player development and team operations. He has also completed the 94 Feet of Game Annual Training Certification under three-time NBA champion coach Phil Handy and participated in the Pure Basketball Experience, where he received instruction from Drew Hanlen and professional scouts.

Whitty is a native of New York.
