Before Newman:
Played volleyball for Coach Bill Hamiter at Heritage Hall High School...was selected to the All-City and All-State volleyball teams...Won a State Championship in volleyball in 2008 and 2009...Also won state titles in tennis...Member of Spanish Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, National Honor Society and Dean's List.
