MATCH NOTES

The Newman Volleyball team will face its first nationally-ranked opponent Tuesday night when the Jets travel to Emporia to take on the #13 Emporia State Hornets. The Hornets are 3-1 this season after competing in the UNO Volleyball Showcase last season. While they played in the same tournament as the Jets, Newman and Emporia State did not face any common opponents.
