WICHITA, Kan. — Returning home, and with one side even getting to play outdoors in the unseasonably warm weather, the Newman men's and women's tennis teams host McPherson Sunday to continue their spring schedules.

The Jet men (1-2), who aren't back in Wichita until March 20, head outside at Bishop Carroll High School to welcome the Bulldogs, who are just kicking off their spring session. The 11:30 a.m. match will provide a challenge for Newman, as McPherson features four players who are nationally ranked in both singles and doubles in NAIA in Rafael Bulnes, Joan Marc Fajula, Ahmed Lahlou and Hector Carillo-Perales.

The Jet women (2-1), who are also on the road for the next month, will face off against the Bulldogs indoors at West Genesis beginning at 10:30 a.m. McPherson will put out three singles players who rank in the top 45 nationally in NAIA.
