Jets Look For Turning Point On The Road This Weekend

DALLAS, Tex. — The Newman Men's Soccer team will be traveling to Dallas, Texas Thursday to take on Dallas Baptist and Austin, Texas Saturday to take on St. Edward's. The Jets will look for a turning point this weekend on the road to get back to the style of play they are custom to.

SCOUTING NEWMAN
The Jets (2-5-1, 0-4-0 Heartland) are coming off a weekend where it lost in Oklahoma City 1-0 on Thursday and then traveling to Wichita Falls, Texas on Saturday and losing to No. 8 Midwestern State 2-0.

The Patriots (4-3-1, 1-2-1 Heartland) are coming off a 1-1 weekend first traveling to Odessa, Texas to take on Texas-Permian Basin and winning 3-2 then traveling to Lubbock, Texas to take on Lubbock Christian losing 1-2.

The Hilltoppers (7-1-0, 4-0-0 Heartland) are coming off a 2-0 weekend on the road first beating Lubbock Christian on Thursday 2-1 then traveling to Odessa to take on Texas-Permian Basin on Saturday and winning 2-0.
