DALLAS, Texas – The Newman men's tennis team was upended 4-0, Saturday afternoon (Mar. 30) to Texas-Permian Basin in non-conference action. The loss drops the Jets to 5-12 on the season.
The Jets struggled after nearly a three hour rain delay dropping each doubles match falling behind 1-0.
In singles action the Jets fell behind, 3-0 after falling in #1 and #2 matches. The Jets would surrender the match falling in #6 singles.
