Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Jets men's tennis team took on Oklahoma Baptist and Drury on back to back days in Missouri. On Saturday, Newman would fall to Oklahoma Baptist 4-3 and would fall to Drury 5-2 on Sunday.
 
Against OBU, Lauri Soome and Jarrod Nowak would fall to Brewer and Galdi 7-6(5). Gustavo Gil and Kenny Wright would lose to Le Fort and Tan 6-2. Teodor Antelj and Marcel Miasato would fall to Graterol and Rollins 7-6.

In singles, Soome would defeat Graterol in three sets 6-3, 3-6 and 6-4. Gil would be defeated by Galdi 6-2 and 6-2. Antelj would beat Le Fort in three sets 6-4, 1-6 and 6-3. Nowak would fall to Brewer 6-3 and 6-3. Miasato would take down Rollins 7-6(3) and 6-2. Tan would defeat Wright 6-1 and 6-1.
 
On Sunday against Drury, Soome and Nowak would fall to Hadeler and Porcher 6-3. Wright and Gil would fall to Kokalj and Michaud 6-3. Antelj and Miasato would fall to Ogilvy and Sterling 6-4.
 
In singles, Soome would fall in back to back sets to Hadeler 6-3 and 6-2. Gil would fall to Michaud 6-2 and 6-0. Antelj would get the Jets their first win on the day defeating Kokalj 7-5 and 6-1. Nowak would fall to Porcher 6-3 and 6-1. Miasato would pick up the Jets second win as he would defeat Ogilvy 6-2, 7-6 and 10-6. Wright would fall to Sterling 6-0 and 6-0.
 
The Jets will be back in action on Friday, February 28^th as they take on Southeastern Oklahoma State in Tulsa, Okla.
