WARRENSBURG, Mo. - Newman traveled to Warrensburg, Missouri to face Central Missouri. Saturday was Newman's first ever trip to Warrensburg to face the Jennies in Women's Basketball. Newman will have to wait for their next trip to Warrensburg to find that first W in Warrensburg as Newman fell 55-40.
Newman slides to 0-10 in the MIAA and 2-14 overall. UCM is heating up after picking up their third consecutive win with their victory Saturday.
Newman held the Jennies to just 55 points Saturday. The Jennies average 71.6 points on the season. It was safe to say Newman controlled the pace, holding the Jennies to 16 less points than their average.
Offensively Newman just did not see any individual takeover.Â

Sydney Nilles who collected 8 rebounds while adding 4 points and 5 assists.
