WICHITA, Kan. - The men's Tennis team had a busy weekend followed by a contested midweek match back at home. The Jets went 2-2 falling to #17 Ouachita Baptist 0-7 Friday, beating Maryville 4-3 Saturday, dropping a match 1-6 at Drury Sunday and returning home for a 6-1 trouncing of Pratt.
#17 Ouachita Baptsist brought its firepower to Wichita on Friday night, but the Jets did not go down without a fight in each game. The Tigers still took the match 0-7.
Saturday night's match came down to the last four singles matches as the Jets fell behind 3-0 before making the comeback.

Gustavo Gil was the lone Jet to emerge victorious in a 1-6 defeat at Drury.
The Jets had solid performances against extremely good clubs all week long. Newman's doubles play was not at it's peak over the weekend, but the Jets used strong matches from
