The Jets defense continued to be a wall behind Jackie Gold in the circle, not allowing another run for William Jewell.

With a sacrifice fly from Samantha Gutierrez, the Jets took the lead, 4-3.

In the bottom of the 6th inning, the Jets added an insurance run. An RBI from Ramos put Mikenna Barcelona across the plate to extend the lead, 5-3.

Tori Waggoner tripled to right field to put herself in scoring position. An RBI from Gutierrez scored Waggoner, tying the game 1-1.

The Jets offense continued to heat up as they scored the next 6 runs. In the bottom of the 2nd inning, De Luca-Paape doubled to center field and was able to score the next play by another double from Kwak. The Jets took the lead 2-1, but weren't done yet.

In the bottom of the 3rd inning, the Jets added 5 more runs. Waggoner started off the inning with a double. Gutierrez got on base from a walk.
