JOPLIN, Mo. - Women's Golf finished play in the Dr. Virginia Laas Invitational, which hosted 17 different teams. After 3 rounds of play, the Jets finished in 16th place, ahead of Arkansas-Monticello.
 
Beth Griffiths led the Jets after the first 2 rounds. She was at +24 and 1 stroke under from the eventual leader after 3 rounds Felisa Sajulga. Griffiths finished tied for 67th  and Sajulga finished tied for 32nd.
 
Alivia Nguyen finished +56 and in 80th after 3 rounds. Aiden Coffelt finished 5 spots behind Nguyen in 85th with a +65 three round performance.
 
The Jets have one tournament left and will be poised for better results on the same course when they compete in the MIAA Championships. The tournament takes place April 23rd - April 26th in Joplin, Missouri.
