BARTLESVILE, Okla. - Men's Golf had their best placing of the spring season thus far this week, placing third at the OKWU Spring Classic. 

Last week, Chase Martel became the first men's golfer in program history to place first overall at a tournament at the Konzem-Capra Invite. He would follow this performance up with another great finish and place fourth overall. 

In the second round, Martel shot a round low 72 on his way to finishing in the top four. He would also have a round low for the team in the next round to finish with an overall score of 225. 

Grant Delsart had the team's lowest round of the tournament on Monday, shooting a 70 to start off the tournament. He would finish in fifth place, just one stroke behind Martel. 

Noah Ahrens finished in the top fifteen as well, having two solid rounds to open the tournament.

The Jets will compete at the MIAA Preview next week, with the tournament taking place at Monkey Island, Oklahoma.
