EDMOND, Okla. — Women's Golf hit the road to compete at the Grace Shin Invitational, hosted by Central Oklahoma, where the Jets finished in 13th place.
Isabella Callaba led the team through the first 18 holes, shooting just two over par. Callaba tallied two birdies and 12 pars in her opening round. Asdis Bjarnadottir shot nine over through her first 18 holes, highlighted by one birdie. Aiden Coffelt and Daniela Alvarez were only a few strokes back, with Coffelt carding an 81 and Alvarez an 82. After day one of play, the Jets were tied for 14th, shooting 316 through 18 holes.
Daniela Alvarez led the Jets on day two, shooting 72—good for one over par on the day. Alvarez used four birdies spread throughout her round to finish tied for 39th alongside Callaba. Callaba carded an 81 in the final round to wrap up her tournament. Aiden Coffelt shot 76 on day two, highlighted by a birdie on the eighth hole, finishing in 56th place. Emily Wolverson recorded an 80 in round two to finish in 78th, while Asdis Bjarnadottir finished closely behind in 82nd after shooting 89.
