NEWTON, Kan.- Women's golf hosted the Newman Fall Invite this week. The women shot 321 for round one, and shot 310 in round two for a 631 total score and sixth place.
The Jets were led by
Isabella Callaba, who delivered a strong opening round of 72 and followed with an 80 in the second round, finishing tied for 8th place 152.
Aiden Coffelt also made a solid showing, carding rounds of 81 and 77 to tie for 23rd with a 158. She showed marked improvement in her second round, climbing the leader board with consistent play.
Emily Wolverson finished her first round with an 86 and bounced back impressively with a 74 in round two to finish tied for 29th at 160. Close behind was
Daniela Alvarez, who posted rounds of 82 and 79, finishing tied for 32nd with a 161. Asdis Bjandattir rounded out the lineup finishing in 59th place, recording rounds of 90 and 91 for a total of 181.
