WICHITA - The Jets faced Hesston College in a doubleheader Saturday matchup. The Jets fell to Hesston, 5-7, in game one and won 4-0 in game two.
Game one vs Hesston College: NU 5, HC 7
Hesston would start the game scoring two runs off three singles and a walk. The Jets would bring in a run in the bottom of the first following a single and a stolen base to Laci Dryden, and a single to Lauren McNaught. A sacrifice fly to AJ Borja would later score McNaught. In the top of the fourth inning, the Larks would add a run from a double, and two more runs off a home run to extend their lead to 5-3. The Jets would answer back with a run in the bottom of the fourth after Kaila Kaahu reached on an error and scored on a sacrifice fly by Lani Dryden. The Larks would lead off the fifth with a solo home run, taking the score to 6-3. In the bottom of the sixth, Lani Dryden walked, McNaught singled, which was followed by a Lark fielder's choice, scoring Dryden. McNaught would later score on a sacrifice fly by Hannah Nordby. Hesston would add another run off the back of a double, a fielder's choice, and a single. The game would end 7-5 in favor of the Larks.

Game two vs Hesston College: NU 4, HC 0
In Game Two, the Jets scored first. Aspen Peterson would reach on a bunt, and a ground-out by Emma Taylor would score Peterson. In the bottom of the fourth, the Jets would continue their scoring run, starting with back-to-back walks to Borja and Travia Smith, and scoring two runs on a Kayla Moreno infield single. In the bottom of the sixth, Borja would lead off the inning with a double and score on another infield single by Moreno.

- Through seven innings, Kinyon DeCorte had 2 strikeouts and 5 hits, allowing no runs.
- Peterson went 3-3, with a run and a stolen base.
- Borja scored 2 runs.
