GETTING TO KNOW BOBBY...

As a Senior (Newman 2012-13):
Started all 28 games at point guard...Dished out a team-high 3.9 assists per game...Scored 4.6 points per game...Played 22.5 minutes per game...Pulled down 2.2 rebounds per game...Scored a season-high 20 points against Pittsburg State on Nov. 20, 2012.


As a Redshirt Junior (Newman 2011-12):
Started and played in 18 games...Second on the team with 25.7 minutes per game...Scored 8.9 points per game, ranking fourth on the team...Shot 39.5 percent from 3-point range (15-38)...Averaged 2.8 assists per game...His 1.7 steals per game were second on the team...Grabbed 2.7 rebounds per game...Scored a career-high 22 points against Emporia State on Dec. 7, 2011.
 
As a Junior (Newman 2010-11):
Redshirted

As a Sophomore (Garden City CC, 2009-10):
Averaged 5.8 points and 3.8 rebounds per game…Finished with 111 assists over 32 games for an average of 3.5 assists per contest…Led the team with 55 steals as the Broncbusters posted a 17-15 overall record…Finished the season with a .743 free throw shooting percentage, hitting 55 of his 74 attempts from the charity stripe, good for sixth in the Jayhawk West. 

As a Freshman (Garden City CC, 2008-09):
Wesley was the starting point guard for a Broncbuster squad that claimed the NJCAA Region VI Championship, and went on to finish fifth in the NJCAA National Championship tournament in Hutchinson. Wesley finished second in the Jayhawk West with 186 assists, and added a team-high 72 steals to go with his 5.7 point and 2.8 rebound per game averages.

Garden City High School:
Played his high school basketball at Garden City High School…He earned all-Western Athletic Conference honors, and made an appearance on the Garden City All-Area Team as both a junior and a senior…He also led the Buffaloes to the 2006 Kansas 6A State Championship.
