GETTING TO KNOW WALISSON...
Before Newman:
Played two seasons at Cowley College in Arkansas City, Kan., where he started 32 games in his two years for the Tigers... Scored four goals and had six assists receiving All-Jayhawk Conference Honorable Mention honors as a freshman in 2009...Added 10 goals and four assists en route to First Team All Jayhawk Conference and First Team All Region VI honors as a sophomore in 2010.
