Graduate student (2024-2025): Appeared in 45 games and started all of them. Mitchell recorded 55 hits, 54 RBIs with a .993 fielding percentage. He finished the season with a total of nine home runs.

Senior (2024): Started in 33 games and drilled in 40 hits and 27 RBIs. Had a season high 4 hits in a win against Washburn. Was named an All-MIAA Honorable Mention at the end of the season.
