Freshman (2017): Nguyen appeared in six games starting four…Had 11 hits with a .455 batting average, five hits, two runs, and seven RBIs…Nguyen had one home run with a .727 slugging percentage and a .625 on-base percentage.

In High School: Nguyen attended Kapaun Mount Carmel for four years…Earning three varsity letters, was all-city honorable mention in 2014, second-team all-city in 2015, and first-team all-city and honorable mention all-state in 2016.
