Junior (2017): Was named to the All-Heartland Conference first-team in 2017…Named to the D2CCA All-Region second-team…Appeared in 19 games starting 19…Tied for second on the team with eight goals, first on the team with 10 assist which was also good for 10th in the country, 26 points, 37 shots, and 20 shots on goal.

Butler Community College (2015-16): While at Butler Howland played in 24 games and started 23, scoring 31 goals, 14 assists, 76 points, 66 shots, and 41 shots on goal… In 2015 Howland was first-team all-conference and second-team all-region, 2016 first-team all-conference, first-team all-region, and all-American.

In High School: Howland attended Heights High School and was a four year varsity athlete earning first-team all-region, first-team all-city and all-city honorable mention… Howland was also part of a 2014 regional championship team.
