Played in all 18 games...Finished the season with eight shots, five shots on goal and one assist...Honored on the 2011 CoSIDA Academic All-District 6 team.

As a Sophomore (2010):
Played in all 17 games while making 12 starts as a sophomore...Finished third on the 2010 squad with three goals and one assist for seven points...First career collegiate goal came in a 2-1 road loss to Texas A&M International on Sept. 19 in Laredo, Texas...Named to the Heartland Conference Presidents' Honor Roll.

As a Freshman (2009):
Played in 14 matches (one start)…Finished the season with seven shots and three shots on goal. 

Before Newman:
Played for Coach Jack Geist at Kapaun Mt. Carmel HS...Earned First Team All-City League and Second Team All-Region Honors as a senior in 2008...Also received recognition as a Wendy's High School Heisman nominee...Led the KMC Crusaders to four-straight City League Championships...Also led KMC to a second place finish at the Kansas 5A State Championships as a junior...Four-year superior honor roll member and Kansas Honor Scholar.
