Newman University Athletics

Amanda Guess joined Newman University as the assistant coach for the Jets 2012 Fall season.
During her playing days, Guess made four trips to the NCAA tournament with the Lady Blues of Washburn University en route to recording a career record of 127-17 over her four years as a player.  Her junior year she earned honorable mention all-MIAA pick as well as named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll all four years at Washburn.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training in 2012.  She graduated from Blue Springs High School (MO) in 2008.
