WICHITA, Kan. - With the impending weather, the decision was made to move the game between the Newman Jets and the Ouachita Baptist Tigers to the Stryker Soccer Complex indoor field. Newman would lead in nearly every statistical category to complete the season sweep of the Ouachita Baptist.

Ignacio Lerech that he was able to volley with his left foot to beat the goalkeeper and start the scoring for Newman.

How It Happened
After Jabbari scored his volley on a cross from Lerech, the Jets were able to press the Tigers a little more. Sixteen minutes after scoring their first goal,
Grant Sacket would find get the ball in the middle of the box where he was able to rip one past the goalkeeper to pad the Newman lead.
Ed Jabbari was able to put the game away for the Jets when he scored a header off of a free kick from
Rafael Alkmim to extend the lead to 3-0.

The Jets will be back on the pitch Saturday, October 26 as they host the Bison of Harding University at 1:00 P.M.
