HAYS, KS - Newman traveled to Hays, Kansas just two days after a 4-3 loss to the same Tigers team.  It was FHSU again with the victory over the Jets.  This time it was by a 5-1 margin.

Newman sputtered out the gate allowing 3 first half goals.  Newman was out shot 26 to 3 throughout the totality of the match.  Goalkeeper Laurin Aumueller stopped 9 of the 14 shots that were on net by the Tigers.

FHSU came out in the second half putting two more goals extending their lead to 5-0.

The score remained the same until Newman got their lone shot on goal and Matthew Roberts buried his third goal on the season with assists from Andre Gomes Dias and Kenneth Huie.

Newman fell 5-1 and look to regroup for a home date against Rogers State Saturday, October 23 at 1 PM on Wilkins Field.
