COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – In the first of two in the state of Colorado, the Jets fall to UC-Colorado Springs 3-2.

th minute as
Duarte Mendes netted his first of two goals.
As the first half came to a close, Liam McGuire of UCCS leveled the game at one with his 44:52 goal. In just over 7 minutes of game time, UCCS took the lead 2-1 on a Penalty Kick by Nic Grotle.
In the 72
nd minute of the match Adam Baldwin of UCCS was ejected with a red card.
Duarte Mendes took a penalty shot himself and buried the shot to get his second goal and the teams second goal.
That's all the Jets would get, however. Luka Cecic would finish off the scoring with his eventual game winner at 71:14. The Mountain Lions took this one from the Jets late.
