WICHITA - Baseball's comeback came up short as the Jets dropped game 2 to Central Oklahoma in a high scoring affair, 19-11.

The Bronchos exploded to a 10-0 lead in the 4th inning. It was a different showing for the UCO bats who went from 4 hits in game 1 to 17 hits in game 2.

Jake Angelico got the Jets on the board with a 3 run home run. Angelico finished the game a perfect 4-4 with 4 RBI's.

UCO responded the next inning with 3 runs of their own to make it a 10 run game. The Jets unbothered, scored 7 of the next 8 runs with a home run by
Carson Hawks, a 2 RBI triple by
Jack Kiser, RBI singles by Angelico and Wohl, and a monster shot over the left center field wall by
Jason Schneider made it an 11-14 game heading into the 9th.

The Bronchos responded back in the 9th and put an end to a Jets comeback, with a 5 run inning to run away with the game 19-11.
