BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. - Men's Golf hit the fairways for their second to last golf event before the MIAA Conference Championship in mid April.
Newman finished in 17th, ahead of MCC, Minot State, and Rockhurst.
Justin Looper had a great tournament. Over 2 rounds Looper would finish in 25th place and shot 152. He eagled on hole 1 during his 2nd round.
Layton Love finished tied for 51st and posted a 76 in the first round and 79 in the second round. He shot 5 strokes lower on the back 9 in his 2nd round.
Braxton Muldoon shot 2 strokes behind Love and finished in 65th place.
Tyler Horn finished in 111th and
Jackson Lewis finished in 118th. Both shot within 6 strokes of each other.
Bailor Harris and
Noah Ahrens played as individuals in the tournament. Ahrens finished 3rd best on the team and tied for 80th. Harris finished at tied for 111th.
The Jets will be in Hutchinson, Kansas for the Prairie Dunes Collegiate Invitational next week.
