WICHITA - Northwest bested the Jets in game 2 of their MIAA series, racking up 16 hits for 20 runs in the 15 run victory over Newman.
The Jets were held to 9 hits in the game. The pitching struggled to keep the Bearcats off base, giving up 11 free bases which Northwest capitalized almost every time.
Zack Stewart hit his 9th home run of the season over the left field wall.
