CLAREMORE, Okla.- Women's Soccer traveled to Oklahoma to face Rogers State.
How it Happened:
- In the first 45 minutes of play, the Jets tallied five shots compared to the Hillcats six shots. Rogers State found four shots on goal, with Newman finding one.
Trinity Perry was the Jet to find the shot on goal in the half. The Jets and Hillcats would find themselves at 0-0 at the halfway mark.
-S coring would open in the 59th minute, with a goal by Khari Carreno of Rogers State. This put the lead with the Hillcats at 1-0. The Jets were able to find the equalizer in the 73rd minute by
Emma Kolbe who found the top right of the net. Rogers State answered quickly with a goal in the 74th minute to take back the lead, now at 2-1. The next goal would come from the Hillcats in the 83rd minute. This goal would put the game away for RSU. The Jets would fall short at Rogers State, 3-1.
