WICHITA- The Jets hosted the No.4 ranked Nebraska Kearney squad for an MIAA dual. The Jets were outmatched by the ranked Lopers, dropping the match 54-0. 

Dylan Sheler was first up for the Jets in the 125 lb match, taking on the #2 Zach Ourada. Ourada took the match by fall at 1:36. The Jets were open at 133 lb, giving the Lopers a 12-0 lead. Trent Moses faced No. 9 Joseph Airola and lost by technical fall at 18-1. The Lopers then took the next two matches by fall to make the score 29-0. Jace Fisher wrestled No. 6 Trenton Munoz at 165 lb. Fisher put up a fight, but fell just short at a decision at 4-2. Then, the Lopers took their lead to 38-0 after taking the 174 lb match by fall. The Jets were unable to take a match in the final three match-ups. The Jets fell to the talented Lopers, 54-0. 
 
The Jets are back on Saturday to compete in the Battle of the Belt at the Kansas Star Casino at 1:30 PM.
