WICHITA.- The Jets celebrated Senior Day at home with a match-up against UCM. The Mules took the match up 44-6. 

Koehn Dietrich opened the contest for the Jets at 125 lbs against Karim Allal, losing by fall (1:09). The Mules claimed six points. 

The Mules forfeited the 133lb match, giving Jevin Foust the win, bringing the score to 6-6. 

At 141 lbs, Kaven Bartlett faced off against No. 10 James Wright. Bartlett lost by tech fall 17-2 (5:00). This extended UCM's lead to 11-6. 

Colby Schreiner wrestled the 149lb match. Schreiner lost by decision 7-1, taking the score to 14-6. 

Elijah Means then took on Ayden Dolt at 157 lbs. He lost by fall (6:59) as UCM extended its lead to 20-6.  

At 165 lbs, Bryce Kegley lost by tech fall 18-1 (4:31) to Gage Bernell. The score would go to 25-6. 

In the 174lb match, Skyler Geer wrestled Anthony Erickson. Erickson earned the win by major decision 10-2. The score would go to 29-6. 

Chris Mapp stepped in at 184 lbs against No. 1 Damon Ashworth. Ashworth won by fall (2:42). The score would stand at 35-6. 

Erik Tomanek then faced Ayden Flores at 197 lbs, dropping the match by fall (4:16). The Mules would extend their lead to 41-6. 

To close out the dual, No. 16 Caleb Wunsch competed against No. 9 Torin Forsyth at 285 lbs. Wunsch lost by decision 7-2.  

The Jets would fall to the Mules 44-6. 

  

The Jets will compete against Fort Hays State on Sunday, February 22nd, for their last home match-up of the season.
