WARRENSBURG, Mo. - Newman Men's Golf kicked off its fall campaign at The Mule. Finishing 18th overall, the Jets saw much improved play on day two.

Tuesday's first and second rounds did not fare well for the Jets as just 14 birdies fell across 36 holes. Newman was led in the first round by Kellen Conroy's 76 and in the second with a score of 75 by Conroy and Kenyon Crawford.

The third round was a clean slate for the Jets. The team managed nine birdies and Mateo Vaca recorded an eagle on the ninth hole. The teams +20 round was an improvement of ten strokes and seven strokes from Tuesday's play.
