GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas – The Newman baseball team's weekend series against East Central University has been moved to QuikTrip Park in Grand Prairie, Texas. The two teams will now play in a four-game series on Saturday and Sunday (Feb. 8-9)
 
The series starts on Saturday with a doubleheader slated to start at 4 p.m. The Jets play two more games on Sunday with the twinbill starting at 3 p.m.

The series is the season opener for the Jets.
