WICHITA – The Newman baseball team's four-game series against Wayne State College (Neb.) has been moved to Friday and Saturday (Feb. 20-21) at McCarthy Field. The series is the home opener for the Jets, and the season opener for WSC.
 
The series starts on Friday (Feb. 20) with a doubleheader at 1 p.m. Live stats and a live audio broadcast by Christian Dye.
 
The series concludes on Saturday (Feb. 21) with another doubleheader at 12 p.m.
 
NU is currently 3-3 on the season. The Jets went 1-2 last weekend at No. 21-ranked Texas A&M-Kingsville. In their opening weekend, the Jets defeated Oklahoma Panhandle State twice and fell to Colorado Mines.
