WICHITA, Kan. – The Newman baseball team continues its current stretch of roadtrips by traveling to Rogers State for a weekend Heartland Conference series, starting Friday with a doubleheader and a single game finale Saturday.
SCOUTING NEWMAN
The Jets (14-15, 4-5 Heartland) played yesterday in Alva, Oklahoma taking on Northwestern Oklahoma State in a midweek nonconference game, with Newman taking a 5-3 victory on the road. The upcoming series will be the fourth conference series of the season for the Jets, including the second series on the road.
