Box Score PUEBLO, Colo. — The Newman Men's soccer team lost a close game Friday night to Colorado State-Pueblo 1-0. Both teams used strong defense throughout the game, but in the second half, the Thunderwolves were able to use a Newman foul to score on a free kick for the lone score of the game.

How It Happened
-Early in the second half both teams working their hardest to gain an opportunity to get the lead late, but with some fouls, late Colorado State was able to gain an advantage on a free kick giving the team the lead late and later the one-point victory.

-Enzo Nails and Ed Jabbari were able to lead the Jets in shots on goal with two each in the one-point loss.
